Ivan A. Schertzer began his legal career in 1980, establishing the Law Offices of Ivan A. Schertzer two years later.  Since then, he has provided personal injury law help from his North Miami law office for clients in the metro Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas.

Previous Work

Prior to opening his own law firm, Mr. Schertzer worked as an insurance defense attorney for a prominent Florida law firm.

He also gained valuable experience during law school serving as legal intern for the Dade County Public Defender's office and taking cases to trial after his second year of law school as a Rule 9 intern, certified by the Florida Supreme Court.
